INDIA POST PAYMENTS BANK New Changes

1. POSB Linkage can be done only using Biometric authentication. OTP mode is disabled.
2. Sweep-in limit is restricted to Rs.50000 till 3days from the end of 3days cooling period of IPPB-POSA linkage
3. For newly opened IPPB account, only 10transactions(NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cash withdrawal) permitted per month for the initial 3 months. No restriction for UPI, Bill Payments & IPPB Funds trf.
4. Mobile number can be modified only 1time in a quarter and maximum 3 times in a year. After Mobile number update, Customer cannot use Mobile Banking for 24hrs.
5. Mobile number linked to a closed account can be registered to an existing acct/to open a new account aftr 15days of closure
6. Dormant acct customers can access MB with only view rights.
7. In MB, now customer can verify IPPB account while beneficiary addition or for already added beneficiaries.
